Dear Friends of ACCA Green Country

It's time for golf! I am writing to invite you to sponsor and play in the annual golf tournament sponsored by the Tulsa Area Green Country Chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). The tournament is set for Thursday, April 24, 2008.

ACCA is the nationwide trade association representing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration contracting businesses. You may know many of our members, who regularly do business with you and your company.

This annual event not only provides our members and colleagues in the heating and air conditioning industry with the opportunity to become reacquainted, but it supports our efforts to promote unity and public awareness of the HVAC industry in Eastern Oklahoma.

This year's tournament will be at The Canyons at Blackjack Ridge, which is a challenging 18- hole course tucked away in the hills and canyons north of Sand Springs. Golfers and guests enjoy some of the most breathtaking views of the Tulsa skyline while golfing in lush, wooded surroundings.

Please take a few moments to review the following player registration/sponsorship form, organize a team and select a sponsorship level that best meets your level of support.

It is not an exaggeration to say that our organization would not exist without your generosity. If you have contributed to ACCA Green Country in the past, we thank you. And look forward to your continued support. If this is the first time you have been approached by ACCA Green Country, we trust that our programs and public outreach will appeal to you.

It's time for the 2008 Spring Golf Tournament sponsored by ACCA Green Country. Green Country is the area chapter for the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, made up of HVAC contractors & suppliers from Tulsa & NE Oklahoma. Everyone is welcome ­ You don't have to be a member to play!

$75 Individual Entry Fee includes:
Greens fee and cart rental with GPS system, range balls, lunch & social hour for one player.
$150 Tee Box Sponsorship includes special signage and recognition.
$275 Dream Team Foursome includes:
Greens fee and cart rental, range balls, lunch and social hour after play for four golfers.
$250 Hole-In-One Contest Sponsorship includes one individual entry PLUS:
Have your employees at one of the contest holes to greet golfers as they play through.
Four holes will be designated as Hole-In-One Contest holes.
$350 Beverage Cart Sponsorship:
Your company logo and name will be posted on the beverage cart.
$425 Lunch Sponsorship includes one individual entry fee PLUS:
Special signage at the picnic before play and an ACCA Green Country membership list for your use!
