In 2003, ACCA Oklahoma changed the law so that journeymen & apprentices are no longer required to register in municipalities. Only the contractor has to register. In 2004, ACCA Oklahoma pursued enforcement of this new law across Oklahoma's municipalities. |

Regularly attends & monitors the Construction Industries Board (CIB); that is, the licensing board for mechanical contractors in Oklahoma. |
